Christmas is around the corner and saying thank you to teachers, tutors and bus drivers is a must this time of year. They spend hours every day with our girls and we want them to know how much they are appreciated.
This year we made them homemade diffuser ornaments for their tree. The wood beads on the ornaments act as a diffuser and hold the scent for about 24 hours.

To make the ornaments you need:
-Oven baked clay; We used Sculpey polymer clay.
-Cookie cutters
-Rolling pin
-Cute stamps
-Parchment paper
-String
-Wood beads or lava beads (make sure the hole in the middle is big enough to get the sting through. Preferable you want the string to fit through twice.
-Favorite Essentail Oils
Kneed the clay for a few min to soften it up. Then roll it out to your desired thickness. I found we prefered them a little on the thicker side. Mold the clay into the shape you want or use a cookie cutter like we did. Next, use a stamp to make the imprint. This step always takes us a few tries; push too lightly you dont see the pattern but if you push too hard you see the outline of the stamp. Once you are happy with the pattern use a straw to make a hole and then transfer to a cookie sheet lines with parchment paper.
Bake the clay according to the directions on the packaging. Once they are cool enough to handle then decorate with your beads and string.

Add a drop or two of your favorite young living essentail oil and then wrap with a bottle of your favorite young living essential oil. We gave out a bottle of christmas spirit; its like holiday season in a bottle.
This can work as a gift the whole year through. Make the string a little or a lot longer and change up the stamps to make an adorable car diffuser or diffuser necklace.
